| Cook It! - Eastern Board Area (Big Lottery Funded) |
| Project Aims and Description: |
"Cook It!" is a comminity based nutrition education programme, where participants learn about nutrition in a fun way and develop practical cooking skills. The recipes used in the programme are nutritious, inexpensive and easy to prepare. Cook It! is delivered by specially trained Tutors. |

The "Cook It" project is funded for 3 years by the Big Lottery fund. It aims to deliver the project in local communities especially in the most disadvantaged areas of the EHSSB. |
