Cook It! - Eastern Board Area (Big Lottery Funded)
Project Aims and Description:

"Cook It!" is a comminity based nutrition education programme, where participants learn about nutrition in a fun way and develop practical cooking skills. The recipes used in the programme are nutritious, inexpensive and easy to prepare. Cook It! is delivered by specially trained Tutors.
